How we scope
Most engagements start with a paid discovery week. You get a written assessment and a fixed-price proposal, and you own both whether or not you continue.
What it costs
- Discovery week — fixed fee
- Project work — fixed price against an agreed scope
- Ongoing support — monthly retainer
What we don’t do
Time and materials on an open-ended scope. If we can’t size it, we say so.
